Nothing but woof: Appenzell dog calendar
Appenzeller Gurt launches the Appenzeller dog calendar for its 10th anniversary: 13 dog models of all colors and breeds guide you through 2023 in a colorful way. The calendar shows what has actually been clear for a long time: The Appenzeller dog collar suits every dog. Printed the 15-seitige portrait format calendar (320x640mm) climaticneutrally on Recyling paper in the Appenzellerland. The advance sale runs until 20 October 2022.
Of pedigree males, lapdogs and mongrel girls
That dogs are the better people is probably clear to anyone who lets the Appenzeller dog calendar accompany them through the new year. Four legs, a tail and an infinite amount of love are common to all of them - otherwise there are hardly any limits to nature's imagination. Whether a purebred dog or a mixed breed girl, a giant or a lap dog, they have all made it into the calendar.
Appenzeller Belt's Next Dog Model
More than 70 dogs and their owners responded to the invitation for a dog shoot at the beginning of the year. The Appenzeller Gurt jury was spoiled for choice: 18 dogs were invited to the two-day shoot. So from Poodle, Toller, Lagotto to Great Dane the most different dog breeds came before the camera. From the pictures shot, the most suitable 13 dogs were selected: Cover Dog Anka and 12 Month Girls - and boys.
From collars, alpine ups and downs
Appenzeller dog collars and leashes are available in all sizes and many designs. The durable product not only suits a Bläss, as the Appenzeller mountain dog is called by the way because of its white spot on the chest. The proud dog wears the leather collar with the unmistakable metal motifs as part of the annual festively decorated Alpauf- und abzüge incidentally longer than there are Appenzeller belts.
Demand on us and the world
Appenzeller Gurt tries to question the existing not only with surprising cooperations, but also with regard to the production of the products. In the case of the calendar, this has led to the fact that we print on FSC-certified recycled paper. Production is climate-neutral in Appenzellerland - where else. In order to better estimate which edition we want to produce, a pre-sale of the calendar runs until October 20, 2022. This way we produce for interested calendar fans and not for the waste bin.
